Shipping

We ship within Australia for a flat rate of $12.00 or enjoy FREE SHIPPING for orders over $150.00

All parcels are sent using Australia Post.

Once your order has been placed, your order will be shipped 24 - 48 hours after payment has cleared. Depending on your location you can expect to receive your package between 3-5 business days. We cannot control transit times so we do our best to get your order out as fast as possible. 

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong address is provided, we cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

*We regret we are currently unable to ship to remote areas within Australia. 

In the very rare occurrence where delivery may result in unusually high freight charges (including, but not limited to, remote areas, island deliveries, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel an order. In this case, all charges will be refunded via your method of payment. Please contact us first if you'd like to check if your location may be subject to unusually high freight charges.

Free Local Pick Up
We offer free local pick up to our local customers. Pick up is from Home of Serenity, Oran Park, NSW within opening hours. (Please refer to our Contact Us page for our full address and opening hours.) After payment has cleared and your items packed, we will notify you when your order is ready for collection. If you require urgent pick up, please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can fulfill your urgent request.

Orders made with "Free Local Pick Up" selected as a delivery option, will be held for a maximum of 7 days. After 7 days, your order will be refunded via your payment option minus a 10% restocking fee.
